A Town By The Beach

A Town By The Beach is a story I wrote in either late 2020 or early 2021 after a series of peculiar breakdowns and reflections on my life in Florida, boxing, and the vague half-memories of forgotten friends began to stew together into a dream that flowed from my fingers. 

It's rougher than my more recent writing, but contains a constant something I came back too in a lot of my writing, that of those forgotten on the edge tourist trap beach towns, not the Orlando's and Miami's of the world, but nonetheless just as reliant on their hotels and boat tours.
